The Bowlins!

Meet the Bowlins! I figured I was on somewhat of a maternity roll so I just thought I would go ahead and post this shoot of my best friend and her dear little (and growing) family! She too has already had her sweet baby boy and those pictures are coming soon! This was a combo family/maternity session and was about one of the shortest shoots I've done. My friends are always really great sports because they usually have to wait longer for their pictures than my clients! Sorry friends! I really appreciate your patience! Here are some pictures of some of my favorite people:-D

Started with a little walk in the woods..

Precious big sister!

Kennedy is my favorite:-D

We just thought this was amusing!

The Bowlins minus Sawyer:-D

Can't wait to show you baby Sawyer!

Amber and Jamie and a baby (bump)!

You may remember Amber from her engagement session or her bridal session, but this is her maternity session! However, to keep things current, I will go ahead and tell you that she delivered a beautiful and healthy baby boy on November 5th! That for sure tells you this is out of date! haha. I love it when I get to photograph both parents-to-be in a maternity session. This was a super quick shoot because we were losing light fast, but I really think we captured some sweet moments. Amber has the most bubbly personality of anyone I've ever met, and I always have so much fun photographing her! Also, she's a photographer too and so she knows how to work the camera (and make her man work it too!). Here is a little bit of our shoot..

Daddy and bump!

These two are freakin' cute..

awwwwwww!

I really like this one:-D

Favorite!

They had been keeping the name a secret until he was born, so I was technically the first person to know it:-D

Congrats to you both! Your little man is adorable!

Fras like bras.

This is the lovely Amy! We know each other from our City of Raleigh softball team, however we had to do without her this past season because she is having a little baby in just a couple of months! I was really happy when she asked me to take a few maternity shots of her at one of my new favorite places. As you can see, it was back when there were still leaves on the trees, so this again, dates this shoot back to October! We had a fun little shoot and came out with some pretty cute shots. Here are a couple that I really liked...

I love the feel of this one!

In case you are wondering, that is a question mark on her belly! She and Mike are waiting to find out the sex of their baby!

I really like how the trees frame her in these next two..

I can't wait to A) take more pictures for you guys and B) meet that little one!

It's about dang time.. I know!

Ok.. so it has been over a month since I have posted anything, and that shoot was from October! Good grief the last couple of months have been so busy it has precluded me from blogging about anything! But have no fear! I am going to be uploading and blogging like crazy between now and New Years so that I can start 2010 off with a clean slate! I have no less than 25 shoots to blog! Yikes! That's gonna be a challenge! So, in order to get all of that done, I'm going to stop rambling and start posting!

Meet the Wyngaarden Family! I can't even tell you when these were shot, but I think it was some time in October? haha. We had gone back and forth on a date for this shoot for months, and it was so fun to finally get to meet this awesome family! As you can see, they're no small family! I don't think I was quite prepared for such a big group, but they were so fun to work with and up for anything. We ended up getting some really great shots over in the Tobacco District of Durham. Here are some of my favorites:

Mom and Dad (aren't they cute?)

And their seven beautiful children!

Thanks again guys! I had a blast!
