Veiled Radiance

Hey Everybody!

Looking for something to do tomorrow night? Well it just so happens that my church is putting on an art show and concert. There are some neat pieces.. everything from painting to textiles, photography and laser wood cutting. I got a sneak peak today, since I won't be able to make it tomorrow because of work. I have two pieces hanging, if you go you can see them in person! Here are the details on facebook:

Amber's Married!

So this past Saturday, I lost my roommate! I am so happy for the new Mrs. Benson! Her wedding was a rainy, cold one but such a special time! She has a big family and lots of friends who came out to support her union with Jamie. I wish them both the very best! I took Amber's bridal portraits back in November, and have been looking forward to posting them since that time! I finally can!! Yay! Here are some of my favorites from the day!

Pacifico!

I had the opportunity to take some band shots a couple of weeks back for my friends in the band Pacifico. You can check out live photos here and their myspace here. They stopped in Raleigh while wrapping up a weekend tour around the state, and we headed out to the art museum for a super quick shoot! These boys are always a good time, and the shoot went well despite the challenging lighting conditions (early afternoon sun! eek!). Here are some of the ones I liked:-)

L-R: Robbie, Matt, Wes

Silly boys.

I told them to act like they were about to beat me up. It didn't really work. Wes looks too happy about it.

A really excited high five!

"That's gymnasts, Murray."
