Married: April and Kevin!

I really adore the charm of Shady Wagon Farm. Though my last experience shooting there was the hottest wedding I've ever photographed, I was excited for a fresh (and cooler) chance to shoot there again. April and Kevin's day was super laid back and fun. They put a lot of thought into each detail, and made sure that their guests had a good time! It was immediately apparent that these two loved their schools! From the colors, to the decorations and treats, hints of Carolina blue and NC State red were everywhere (with a touch of ASU love to boot!). The weather was perfect, and the whole day went so smoothly, that it was over before I knew it! Here are a few of my faves!

April had tons of time to get ready, which allowed her to just enjoy the moment, and be with her friends.

The girls sported matching earrings in NC State Red :-)

Love a daring patterned bridesmaid dress! Perfectly paired with those red roses.

I'm not sure of the significance of the pose, but it makes for a fun picture!

Super cute kiddos (and they're all siblings)!

This is why assistants are fun... Trevor booked it over to the other side of the lake just to get this perspective. Awesome!

All of the groomsmen sported sunglasses as they escorted the ladies out to "Another One Bites the Dust". Too funny!

This shot was a special request!

Loved how the barn looked!

Cupcakes galore! Each school was a different flavor.

And yes, there was a 'smores bar.

Games, games, games!

Generations of rings. April with her mother and grandmother and Kevin's mother and grandmother. Too sweet!

So glad I was able to pull them away for about 3 shots with this pretty sky!

Farewell!

Thank you, April and Kevin, for allowing me to be a part of your sweet day! I had the best time capturing your wedding!
